黄荆子对哺乳期急性乳腺炎大鼠红细胞体积分布相关特征的改善作用

摘　　要：目的:观察黄荆子对哺乳期急性乳腺炎大鼠红细胞和血红蛋白相关特征的改善作用。方法:48只SD孕鼠产后,随机分为6组,分别为正常组、模型组、黄荆子高、中、低剂量组、阿莫西林组,每组8只,自然哺乳3天后用于实验。除正常产后大鼠外,其他各组产后大鼠采用金黄色葡萄球菌复制哺乳期急性乳腺炎大鼠模型。黄荆子按高、中、低剂量连续给予7天。取外周血,抗凝后上血象检测仪检测。结果:与模型组比较,黄荆子高、中、低剂量组均可明显升高乳腺炎大鼠红细胞数量、红细胞压积、血红蛋白数量及平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度水平(P<0.05或P<0.01),并显著降低红细胞体积分布宽度和平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:黄荆子可升高哺乳期急性乳腺炎大鼠红细胞数量、红细胞压积、血红蛋白数量,并降低红细胞体积分布宽度和平均红细胞血红蛋白含量水平,提示黄荆子可明显改善哺乳期急性乳腺炎大鼠贫血状态及降低红细胞体积分布宽度,提示经黄荆子治疗后大鼠哺乳期急性乳腺炎有良好预后趋势。Objective：To evaluate the effect of vitex negundo seeds （VNS） ameliorated character of volume distribution of red cells in rats with acute lactation mammitis. Methods ：Twenty -four SD postpartum pregnant rats were randomly di- vided into six groups including normal group, model group, VNS high, medium and low dose groups, amoxicillin （positive control group） ,each group eight,three days after natural feeding used in experiments. In addition to the normal postpar- tum rats, other groups＇ postnatal rats copied the lactation acute mammitis by using staphylococcus aureus. VNS high, me- dium and low doses were given for 7 days and then test carry out the routine blood test. Results ： Compared with the model control group, the numbers of red blood cells, hematocrit, hemoglobin production, and mean corpuscular - hemoglobin con- centration of three doses groups of VNS were all increased（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） and red blood cell volume distribution width and mean corpuscular hemoglobin decreased obviously （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） in the three doses of VNS. Conclu- sion ： VNS can increase the number of red blood cells, hematocrit, hemoglobin production and mean corpuscular - hemo- globin concentration and lower the red blood cell volume distribution width and mean corpuscular hemoglobin. The results hint that VNS ameliorates the character of volume distribution of red cells in rats with acute lactation mammitis and has a perfect clinic prospect.
