麝香通心滴丸对冠心病患者血管内皮功能改善作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨麝香通心滴丸对冠心病患者血管内皮功能改善作用的研究。方法:选择2014年7月—2015年7月医院所接诊100例冠心病患者,通过随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加上麝香通心滴丸,均连续治疗6个月。观察两组患者治疗前后肱动脉血流介导内皮依赖性舒张功能(FMD)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)水平的变化。结果:治疗后3个月、6个月,观察组FMD水平均高于对照组[(13.28±3.95)%比(11.17±3.13)%,(13.76±4.13)%比(11.79±3.22)%];NO水平也高于对照组[(79.57±21.04)μmol/L比(62.30±16.51)μmol/L,(126.78±32.84)μmol/L比(74.75±18.25)μmol/L];ET-1水平低于对照组[(85.35±19.40)pg/m L比(94.31±23.41)pg/m L,(81.37±17.46)pg/m L比(95.81±22.71)pg/m L],均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在冠心病患者中给予麝香通心滴丸的长期使用可有效对血管内皮功能进行改善,效果显著,值得应用推广。Objective：To investigate the effect of Shexiang Tongxin Dripping Pill on the endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods ：A hundred cases of patients with coronary heart disease from July 2014 to July 2015 in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group randomly,50 cases in each. The control group was given conventional treatment and the observation group on the basis of the control group added Shexiang Tongxin Dripping Pill, both continuous treatment for 6 months. The changes of FMD, NO and ET - 1 levels were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results： After 3 and 6 months treatment, the levels of FMD in the observation group were higher than that in the control group[（13.28 ±.95）% vs （11.17 ±3. 13）%,（13.76 ±4. 13）% vs （11.79 ± 3.22 ） % ]. NO level was also higher than that in control group [ （79.57 ± 21.04 ） Ixmol/L vs （62.30 ± 16.51 ） μmol/L, （126.78 ± 32.84）μmol8L vs （74.75 ± 18.25 ）μmol/L]. The level of ET- 1 was lower than that of control group [ （85.35 ± 19.40） pg/mL vs （94.31±23.41 ） pg/mL, （ 81.37± 17.46 ） pg/mL vs （95.81 ± 22.71 ） pg/mL ]. There was statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： In patients with coronary heart disease, the long - term use of Shex- iang Tongxin Dripping Pill can effectively improve the endothelial function of the vascular endothelial function and it is worth to be popularized.
