摘　　要：本文分析国内抗糖尿病中药的专利申请总体情况,对专利申请态势进行了合理预测;并通过对重点关注的申请人进行剖析,探寻3家国内典型制药企业(天士力集团、以岭医药集团、广药集团)在抗糖尿病中药的研发和专利布局上的异同,为国内制药企业在新药开发策略和专利布局等方面提供借鉴。In this paper, we introduced the patent application situation of antidiabetic traditional Chinese medicine to predict the trend of patent applications. By analyzing patent applications of three different types of pharmaceutical companies （Tianjin TASLY Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, Shijiazhuang Yiling Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd ）, especially the distribution of the period and region of patent application, we provided useful information and references to domestic pharmaceutical companies on how to develop new drugs and operate pharmaceutical patents.
