伏立康唑在原发性肾病综合征患者肺部真菌感染治疗中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究伏立康唑在原发性肾病综合征合并肺部真菌感染治疗中的临床治疗效果,为提高临床治愈率提供参考依据。方法选取2013年12月-2015年12月医院诊治的70例原发性肾病综合征合并肺部真菌感染患者资料进行分析,将患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各35例;对照组采用氟康唑治疗,试验组采用伏立康唑治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、生命体征及不良反应发生率。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为94.3%,显著高于对照组的77.1%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后收缩压、舒张压差异无统计学意义;试验组治疗后体温、脉搏、呼吸等指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗后药物不良反应发生率为11.4%,显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与氟康唑治疗相比,原发性肾病综合征合并肺部真菌感染患者采用伏立康唑治疗效果理想,药物安全性高,值得在临床中推广应用。OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of voriconazole on treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome complicated with pulmonary fungal infections so as to raise the clinical cure rate.METHODS The clinical data were collected from 70 primary nephrotic syndrome patients complicated with pulmonary fungal infections who were treated in the hospital from Dec 2013 to Dec 2015 and were analyzed,then the enrolled patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fluconazole,and the experimental group was given voriconazole.The clinical effects,vital signs,and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups of patients.RESULTS The total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was 94.3%,significantly higher than 77.1% of the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the systolic blood pressure or diastolic blood pressure between the two groups of patients after the treatment.The body temperature,pulse,and respiration were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group after the treatment（P〈0.05）.The incidence of drug-induced adverse reactions was 11.4%in the experimental group after the treatment,significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONAs compared with fluconazole,voriconazole can achieve satisfied effect on treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome patients complicated with pulmonary fungal infections,with the safety high,and it is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
