摘 要:目的研究轮状病毒(RV)感染患儿血清白介素表达情况,为临床诊断、治疗提供依据。方法选取2014年12月-2015年12月医院诊治的38例轮状病毒感染患儿资料进行分析,将其设为试验组,选取同期入院体检的38例健康者为对照组;对两组患者进行一般实验室检查,采用ELISA双抗体夹心法检测白介素-1β(IL-1β)、IL-6、IL-12及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平,分析血清白介素在轮状病毒感染患儿中的应用。结果试验组IL-1β、IL-6、IL-12以及TNF-α水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);中症和重症IL-1β、IL-6、IL-12及TNF-α水平差异无统计学意义;中症和重症IL-1β、IL-6、IL-12及TNF-α水平,显著高于轻症患儿(P<0.05);粪便RV转阴组IL-1β、IL-6、IL-12以及TNF-α水平,显著低于未转阴组(P<0.05)。结论 IL-1β、IL-6、IL-12以及TNF-α均在轮状病毒感染过程中发挥重要作用,应加强血清白介素检查,提高临床治愈率。OBJECTIVE To study the expression of serum interleukins in children with rotavirus infection so as to provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.METHODS Totally 38 children with rotavirus infections who were treated in hospitals from Dec 2014 to Dec 2015 were chosen as the experimental group,meanwhile,38 healthy people who received physical examination were set as the control group.The routine laboratory examinations were carried out for the two groups of patients,the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),IL-6,IL-12,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were detected by using ELISA double antibody sandwich method,and the application value of the serum interleukins in the children with rotavirus infection was observed.RESULTS The levels of IL-1β,IL-6,IL-12,and TNF-αof the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05);there was no significant difference in the level of IL-1β,IL-6,IL-12,or TNF-αbetween the children with the moderate infection and the children with severe infection;the levels of IL-1β,IL-6,IL-12,and TNF-αof the children with moderate or severe infection were significantly higher than those of the children with mild infection(P〈0.05).The levels of IL-1β,IL-6,IL-12,and TNF-αof the children whose stool samples were tested negative for RV were significantly lower than those of the children whose stool samples were not tested negative(P〈0.05).CONCLUSIONThe IL-1β,IL-6,IL-12,and TNF-αplay important roles in the development of rotavirus infection,and it is necessary to strengthen the examination of serum interleukins so as to raise the clinical cure rate.
