西南山区盗窃案件的公安侦防对策——以“互联网+警务”和区域侦查组织构建为切入

摘　　要：互联网+"概念的提出赋予了公安机关新的警务理念和警务制度建设方向。信息化侦查的不断发展推进,是解决包括西南山地地区盗窃案件在内诸多刑事案件的理想策略和途径。与此同时,改革现有的"小侦查"工作开展机制、打破地区壁垒,形成综合性的跨区域侦查指挥机制是辅助"互联网+警务"建设,实现针对乡镇盗窃案件有效侦防的重要改革方向。项目自担保、平台运营的数据,以及平台运营其它情况等途径开展侦查活动往往能取得理想效果。The emergence of ＂ Internet ＋ ＂ gives new ideas and new building directions of the policing system to police. Continuous development of informationalization investigation is an ideal strategy and approach to solve many criminal cases, including thefts in southwest mountainous regions. In order to improve ＂ Internet ＋ Police＂ construction and realize effective investigation and prevention to township thefts, the following reform approaches should be adopted： changing the existing investigation mechanism, breaking down regional barriers, forming a comprehensive inter-regional command mechanism.
