摘 要:落叶松胶合木是一种对其锯材进行加工形成的工程复合材,为研究其基本力学性能和工程适用性,对落叶松木材试件进行抗拉、抗压及抗弯等试验研究,分析了其破坏形态及机理,得到了落叶松胶合木的抗拉、抗压和抗弯强度及弹性模量。结果表明:落叶松胶合木抗压和抗弯试件经历了弹性、弹塑性和破坏3个阶段,表现为塑性破坏;抗拉试件没有明显的屈服阶段,表现为脆性破坏。基于试验结果和理论分析,结合木结构相关设计标准,提出了落叶松胶合木设计建议值,为实际工程应用提供参考。Glulam is a type of engineering composites made of processing the larch sawn timber. This paper focused on the fundamental mechanical properties of larch glulam and engineering applicability. Through analyzing failure mode and mechanism of tensile, compressive and transverse test, the value of fundamental mechanical properties was studied. The results showed that the compressive samples and tensile samples pass through elastic, elastic-plastic and failure phase, reflecting as plastic failure. Bending specimens haven' t obvious yield stage, reflecting as brittle failure. On the basis of experimental results and theoretical analysis, combining with related wood design standards, the design value of strength and the reference of practical engineering application was given.
