摘　　要：爱国主义是社会主义核心价值观的基础,在新的历史时期,要加强社会主义核心价值观建设,必须不断完善、健全爱国主义教育。"中国人民抗战胜利纪念日"的确定及调休放假的安排,具有深远的历史文化意蕴和重要的现实指导意义。Being patriotism is the base of socialist core values. In the new era in China, the strengtheningconstruction of socialist core value system must be improved the patriotism education. Both the determinationof Chinese Anti-Japanese War Victory Memorial Day and the Notice of the take-off holiday have profoundlyhistorical meaning and practically guiding significance.
