摘　　要：我国已逐渐进入到老龄化的社会,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,为了保证社会安定,高校可持续发展,做好离退休人员的管理与服务工作显得尤为重要。就当前离退休人员的发展现状展开分析,给出了如何做好离退休人员管理与服务工作的几点意见,希望对今后离退休人员的管理与服务工作有所帮助。China has gradually entered the aging society, with the continuous improvement of people＇s living standards, it is very important to implement management and service work of retirees in order to ensure social stability and sustainable development of colleges and universities. On the current development status of retirees, this paper gave some advice on how to complete the work of management and service work of retirees, hoping to make some help for the future work.
