摘　　要：随着新形势下社会主义市场经济的发展,复杂的经营环境和严峻的市场挑战是经济法概念革新面临的最大挑战,因而经济法概念革新离不开经济法概念革新主体的经济管理创新策略。本研究从经济法概念革新的现状和必要性着手分析,发现新形势下经济法概念革新过程中出现的主要问题,并提出完善经济法概念革新的具体策略。With the development of socialist market economy under the new situation,complex business environment and serious market situation is the greatest challenge to innovation of economic law concept.Therefore,reform of economic law concept is inseparable from innovative strategy of economic management.From the analysis of current situation and necessity of economic law concept innovation,this paper discussed its main problem,and put forward specific strategies to improve economic law concept innovation.
