摘  要:研究了一种基于MMC(modular multilevel converter)的锂电池管理器,该管理器能将充放电控制和电池均衡管理统一在同一变换器内部完成,解决了传统电池管理器将充放电控制器和电压均衡电路相互独立而使电路较为复杂的问题。首先分析了变换器的工作原理,以12 V电池包为例设定了功能需求,并依此设计了控制策略与能量管理策略,相应地得到了控制框图与控制器的程序流程图;然后设计了实验样机,进行了关键参数的设计;最后,对设计结果进行了仿真分析和实验验证。仿真结果表明该管量器能够实现双向电流控制、输出稳压控制和单体电池均衡,验证了上述分析和设计的正确性。实验验证了双向充放电电流控制与稳压环控制的可行性,而单体电池的长期电压均衡仍有待进一步实验验证。A Lithium battery manager based on modular multilevel converter (MMC) is researched. The charging/discharging c ontrol and voltage balance management are unified inside one single converter instead of two independent ones, which solves the problem of complex circuits. The operating principle are analyzed. The function requirements are set according to the example of a 12 V battery pack. Control strategy and energy management strategy are designed accordingly, then the control block diagram and program flowchart are obtained. Afterwards, an experimental prototype and its key parameters are designed. Eventually, simulations and experiments are conducted. The simulation results indicate the bidirectional charging/discharging current control, output voltage control and the voltage balance can be realized, and the abovementioned analysis and design methods are verified. The bidirectional charging/discharging current control and output voltage control are be realized in the prototype, while the long-term performance of voltage balance still needs to be tested.
