摘　　要：介绍了场致电子发射显示器原理,与大多数显示器一样,场致电子发射显示器的整机系统是由显示屏和驱动电路两部分组成,驱动电路主要以单片机、译码器、寄存器等数字芯片组成的,用以实现对矩阵显示的行、列逻辑控制,并给出逻辑电路图。通过倍压整流的方式设计了用以驱动场致电子发射显示器的高压电源电路,最后采用汇编语言实现了对逻辑电路控制的软件设计。The principle ol field electron emission display is introduced, as with most displays, thecomplete machine system ol F E D is composed of two parts of display screen and driving circuit, thedriving circuit,which is used to realize the row and column logic control of matrix display, is mainlycomposed of chips such as microcomputer, decoders and registers, and logic circuit diagram is given.High-voltage power circuit that is used to drive F E D display is designed by the way of double voltagerectification,finally,the software design for logic circuit control is realized using assembly language.
