摘  要:以1-乙基-3-[3-(二甲基胺基)丙基]-碳化二亚胺盐酸盐为偶联剂,N,N-二甲氨基吡啶为催化剂,采用无水对甲苯磺酸对海藻酸钠(Na Alg)进行质子化,甲酰胺和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂,在Na Alg分子链上接枝聚乙二醇(PEG)制备了海藻酸聚乙二酯(SA-g-PEG)。通过单因素变量的方法,探究了单体质量比、反应时间、反应温度等对SA-g-PEG接枝率的影响。结果表明:m(Na Alg)∶m(PEG)为1∶10,反应时间为24 h,反应温度为60℃,无水对甲苯磺酸用量为0.324 g时,接枝率最高,达到0.98%;SA-g-PEG具有较好的热稳定性,PEG的引入一方面未破坏Na Alg的固有结构,另一方面增加了Na Alg的蓄热功能。Sodium alginate(NaAlg)is protonated by p-toluene sulfonic acid, then polyethylene glycol(PEG)is grafted to the molecular chain of NaAlg to prepare sodium alginate-g-polyethylene glycol(SA-g-PEG)with 1-ethyl-3-(3-(dimethyl aminyl)propyl)-carbodiimide-hydrochloride as the coupling agent, N, N-dimethylaminopyridine as the catalyst, formamide and N, N-dimethylformamide as the solvent. The impact of mass ratio, reaction time and temperature of the monomer on the grafting ratio of SA-g-PEG are investigated by controlling the single factor variation. The results show that the highest grafting ratio of 0.98% is obtained when the mass ratio of NaAlg and PEG is 1∶10, the reaction time is 240 h, the reaction temperature is 60 ℃, and the dosage of p-toluene sulfonic acid is 0.324 g. SA-g-PEG has good thermostability, which indicates that the introduction of PEG doesn't break the structure of NaAlg, but improve its heat storage.
