武术课程《中国武术段位制》教学改革实践研究——以上海高校为例

摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对上海市高校武术课程施行《段位制》教学改革实践的现状进行调查分析,研究得出:上海市高校武术课程施行段位制教学改革深受学生认可与青睐,为段位制在高校武术课中开展打开了新局面,为大学生拓宽"习武通段"的舞台,具有较强的可操作性和发展前景。并结合实践中的不足,提出一系列有参考价值的改革方案。With the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, digital statistics, this report analyzes the present status of the educational practice of The Chinese Wushu Ranking Institution implemented in Shanghai’s colleges and universities’ Wushu classes, and concludes： the implementation of The wushu Ranking Institution opens up a new situation for the implementation of The Chinese Wushu Ranking Institution in Shanghai colleges and universities, and sets for the university students a “learning wushu for upgrading ranks” platform, which is widely acknowledged and popular with the students, and has feasibility and effectiveness with relatively large space and good prosperity for development.
