摘　　要：为了深入探讨新课标教学改革理论对业余运动队训练模式和管理方式所造成的冲击和影响,采用文献资料法、描述性研究法和实证研究法,以业余运动队为研究对象,简要地阐述现代教改理论的基本内容,深入分析业余运动队的现实状况和存在的问题,揭示现代教改理论对业余运动队的训练管理形成的冲击以及在冲击之下进行的反思,在现代教学改革的理论背景之下对业余运动队的训练和管理提出了相应的建议和改革措施,以期为业余运动队的体育教师和体育教练们提供训练管理方面的参考。In order to discuss the impact and influence of new curriculum reform theory on amateur sport team training and management mode, the paper uses the methods of literature, descriptive research and empirical research and takes amateur sport teams as the research object, briefly expounds the basic content of modern educational theories, does an in-depth analysis of the impact of modern educational reform theories on the training and management of amateur sport teams and the counter consideration, and then puts forward some corresponding suggestions and reform measures for the training and management of amateur sport teams, in order to provide some reference and help for their sport teachers and sport coaches to do training and management.
