摘　　要：立足于我国配电网及供电可靠性管理实际,针对目前可靠性评估普遍存在的问题,成体系地提出了一套可靠性评估模型和方法,显著提高了计算模型的准确性和灵活性。同时全面分析了影响指标计算结果的各种因素,且提出了科学合理的处理方法。通过理论算例与全国5个地区的工程试点应用情况,验证了评估模型和方法的科学性、适应性和可操作性,表明其具有很好的工程应用推广价值。Based on the reliability management of the distribution networks and power supply in China, in order to solve the problems in the reliability evaluation, this paper introduces a systematic set of reliability evaluation model and relevant appraisal methods which can remarkably improve the accuracy and flexibility of the computation mod-el. In addition,it analyzes the factors influencing the results of the index calculation as well as presenting scientific and reasonable solutions. The theoretical calculation examples and trial application in projects in five regions in Chi-na have verified that the model and the appraisal methods are scientific, adaptable and operable, with great applied and promotional values in engineering.
