摘　　要：针对有短期特殊供电要求的区域电网或重要负荷,尝试在其特殊运行方式制订过程中引入可靠性评估环节。依据《中压配电网可靠性评估导则》,运用故障后果分析法,对各运行方式进行可靠性指标分析,为选择最优运行方式提供准确技术依据。Special modes of operation of the distribution network are applied in regional networks with short-term spe-cial power supply requirements or some important load. This paper introduces the reliability evaluation of the modes. According to the Guidelines for the Reliability Evaluation of the Medium - voltage Distribution Network , by means of the FMEA, it also analyzes the reliability indexes of each mode and provides accurate technical basis for the selection of the optimal one.
