摘　　要：目的:研究细胞黏附分子(CD146)在稽留流产患者及正常早孕妇女胎盘绒毛组织中的表达定位及差异。方法:收集稽留流产患者40例作为研究组,正常早孕流产患者40例作为对照组。采用免疫组织化学方法比较各组绒毛滋养细胞中CD146、VEGF、Survivin蛋白的表达。结果:在稽留流产患者及正常早孕妇女绒毛滋养细胞胞浆及胞核中均有CD146、VEGF、Survivin蛋白表达;在绒毛滋养细胞中,稽留流产患者细胞黏附分子、血管内皮因子、凋亡抑制蛋白的表达明显低于正常早孕妇女(P<0.05)。结论:血管内皮因子缺乏,细胞过度凋亡,细胞间黏附减少,三者相互作用是稽留流产发生的分子基础。Objective：To study the expression location and differences of cell adhesion molecule（CD146） in the placental chorionic tissue of patients with missed abortion and normal early pregnancy women.Methods：40 patients with missed abortion were selected as the study group.40 patients with normal early pregnancy abortion were selected as the control group.The expressions of CD146,VEGF and Survivin protein in the villous trophoblast were compared by immunohistochemistry method. Results：The villous trophoblast cytoplasm and nucleus of patients with missed abortion and normal early pregnancy women all had the CD146,VEGF and Survivin protein expressions.In the villous trophoblast,the expressions of cell adhesion molecules,vascular endothelial growth factor,apoptosis inhibitory protein of patients with missed abortion were significantly lower than those of the normal early pregnancy women（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The interaction of vascular endothelial growth factor lack,excessive cell apoptosis and intercellular adhesion reduction is the molecular basis of missed abortion.
