摘　　要：目的:探讨盐酸曲美他嗪治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:收治不稳定型心绞痛患者85例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用盐酸曲美他嗪,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸曲美他嗪治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效显著。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of trimetazidine hydrochloride in the treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris.Methods：85 patients with unstable angina pectoris were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given conventional treatment.The observation group added trimetazidine hydrochloride on the basis of the control group.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results：The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of trimetazidine hydrochloride in the treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris was significant.
