手术与手法复位治疗Weber-DenisC型踝关节骨折的临床对比分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨手术与手法复位治疗Weber-Denis C型踝关节骨折的效果。方法:收治Weber-Denis C型踝关节骨折患者146例,按治疗方法分为手术组和手法复位组各73例。结果:手术组优良率明显高于手法复位组(P<0.05),手术组住院时间较手法复位组延长(P<0.01),但愈合时间明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论:手术治疗Weber-Denis C型踝关节骨折患者,虽住院时间较长,但疗效显著,功能恢复良好,对于自身情况允许者,建议行手术治疗。Objective：To investigate the effect of surgery and manipulative reduction in the treatment of type Weber-DenisC ankle fracture.Methods：146 cases of C type Weber-Denis ankle fracture were selected.They were divided into the operation group and the reduction group with 73 cases according to the treatment method.Results：The excellent rate of operation group was significantly higher than that of manual reduction group（P〈0.05）,and the length of stay in operation group was longer than that of manual reduction group（P〈0.01）,but the healing time was significantly shorter（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Surgical in the treatment of patients with type Weber-DenisC ankle fractures,although longer stay in hospital,but the effect is significant,and functional recovery is good,so for their own circumstances allow,we recommend the surgical treatment.
