摘　　要：目的:探讨采用腹腔镜辅助腹部小切口治疗卵巢巨大囊肿的临床效果。方法:收治卵巢巨大囊肿患者32例,采用腹腔镜辅助腹部小切口治疗,分析临床疗效。结果:32例均顺利完成手术,切口甲级愈合,术后无发热、无腹膜炎发生。结论:腹腔镜辅助腹部小切口治疗卵巢巨大囊肿效果显著。Objective：To discuss clinical effect of laparoscopic assisted small incision in the treatment of large ovarian cysts. Methods：32 patients with giant ovarian cyst were selected.Laparoscopic assisted small incision in the treatment of abdominal was selected.Clinical curative effect was analyzed.Results：32 cases were successfully completed surgery,wound healing,no fever,no peritonitis occurred.Conclusion：The effect of laparoscopic assisted small incision in the treatment of large ovarian cysts is significant.
