急性腰扭伤穴位及肌内注射止痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对比穴位与肌内注射地佐辛治疗急性腰扭伤疼痛的疗效。方法:将20例急性腰扭伤患者随机分为A、B两组,各10例。A组穴位注射地佐辛注射液,B组给予臀部肌内注射地佐辛。结果:A组止痛效果明显优于B组(P<0.05)。结论:急性腰扭伤患者采用穴位注射止痛治疗,临床疗效较为理想。Objective：To compare the clinical effect of acupoint and intramuscular injection of dezocine in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain.Methods：20 cases of acute lumbar sprain were randomly divided into the A group and the B group,with 10 cases in each group.Patients in the A group were treated with acupoint injection of dezocine;while in the B group were given hip intramuscular injection of dezocine.Results：The analgesic effect of the A group was better than that of the B group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupuncture point injection in the treatment of acute lumbar pain has better analgesic effect.
