摘　　要：出血性紫癜以过敏性为多发,且治疗效果不佳。本文就1例出血性紫癜伴自发性脾破裂患者诊治情况进行简单阐述,以期望对未来临床工作有所帮助。Hemorrhagic purpura is more common in allergic disease,and the treatment effect is not good.The diagnosis and treatment of 1 case of hemorrhagic purpura with spontaneous rupture of spleen were briefly described in this paper,and it is expected to be helpful for the future clinical work.
