摘　　要：目的:为保障应急救治力量快速、机动的需要,研制适合野战条件下使用的新型医用轮式托盘。方法:分析应急救治力量物资储运、展开、工作和撤收的工作形式,梳理卫生物资外形特点与尺寸,创新结构设计,在标准托盘底部加装行走轮和拉绳,并配套包装紧固带,在托盘化集装的前提下,实现物资轻便和快捷机动。结果:该托盘可实现托盘集装物资在库内的便捷移动,并可作为快速上下运输车使用;托盘车载固定可靠,展开卸载后托盘可作为短距离转运工具使用。结论:新型医用轮式托盘轻便机动,适用范围广,可进一步提高物资应急保障能力。Objective： To develop a new medical wheel pallet to adapt to field operation for the need of field rescue. Methods： Based on analysis of the methods of store, transportation, unfolding, running, folding and external measurement, wheels and ropes are set up under the standard pallet, and tensioning ropes are provided. Goods can be moved quickly when they are loaded on wheel pallets. Results：With the wheel pallet, goods can be moved easily in storeroom and truck loaded and unloaded quickly. Wheel pallets can be served as transportation tools for short range. Conclusion：The wheel pallet can be moved easily and be adapted to be used in the field, and the ability to conserve and transport the goods can be improved to the higher level.
