摘  要:目的:研究多媒体生物反馈治疗仪治疗长期涉核人员睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法:对31名睡眠障碍的长期涉核人员进行生物反馈治疗,采用匹斯堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)评定疗效,于治疗前、治疗后各评定1次,比较治疗前、后的PSQI和SCL-90评定指标。结果:治疗后PSQI和SCL-90评分均有显著下降,但治疗后PSQI总分下降更为显著,与治疗前比较有显著差异(t=12.23,P<0.01);SCL-90中反映睡眠的附加项目和主要影响睡眠的两个因子焦虑和抑郁分值均有所下降。结论:多媒体生物反馈治疗仪对长期涉核人员睡眠障碍的治疗效果明显,且治疗安全,对人员无损伤。Objective To investigate the effect of multimedia biofeedback therapy on sleepdisorders of personnel with long-term implication in nuclear development. Methods: 31 cases ofsleep disorders were received biofeedback treatment. The curative effect was assessed by the withPittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and the Symptom Check List (SCL-90) before and aftertreatment, to compare the assessment indicators of PSQI and SCL-90. Results: The scores ofPSQI and SCL-90 decreased significantly, and the PSQI scores after treatment decreased moresignificantly (t=12.23, P〈0.01). The scores also decreased in the additional item reflecting thesleep and the two factors of anxiety and depression affecting the sleep in SCL-90. Conclusion: Multimedia biofeedbacktherapy apparatus can effectively improve the quality of sleep for personnel with long-term implication in nucleardevelopment, and it is safe for the personnel.
