自拟“蒲黄冰片膏”预防FOLFOX6方案化疗性静脉炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察"蒲黄冰片膏"预防化疗性静脉炎的临床疗效。方法选择FOLFOX6方案化疗的80例患者,随机分为预防组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理方法;预防组在对照组基础上,给予"蒲黄冰片膏"于静脉穿刺点上方5 cm沿静脉走向皮肤区域外敷。观察2组疼痛发生例数及评分、累计疼痛发生概率、疼痛时间和静脉炎发生率。结果预防组累计疼痛发生概率为15.00%,平均疼痛发生时间(80.92±3.73)h;对照组累计疼痛发生概率为35.00%,平均疼痛发生时间为(91.96±1.96)h;预防组累计疼痛发生概率和平均疼痛发生时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。预防组静脉炎发生率为15.00%(6/40),低于对照组的35.00%(14/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "蒲黄冰片膏"用于FOLFOX6方案化疗患者,能够减轻静脉疼痛,降低静脉炎发生概率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Puhuang Bingpian plaster in prevention of phlebitis induced by chemotherapeutic drugs. Methods A total of 80 patients whose chemotherapy regimen was F0 LF0X6 were randomly distributed into the prevention group and the control group, with 40 cases in each groups. Both two groups were given routine nursing care, and the prevention group was applied with external application of Puhuang Bingpian plaster additionally. During the chemotherapy treatment, the pain sensation, pain time and incidence of chemotherapeutic drugs- induced phlebitis were observed. Results The cumulative incidence of pain was 15. 0 0 % in prevention group and was 35.00% in the control group, with a significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The median time of pain was （80.92 ±3.73） h in the prevention group and was （91.96 ±1.96） h in the control group, with a significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The preventive group had a lower incidence of chemotherapeutic drugs-induced phlebitis compared with the control group （15.00% vs. 35. 00 % , P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion For patient with chemotherapy regimen of F0 LF0X6 , external application of Puhuang Bingpian plaster can effectively decrease the pain and chemotherapeutic phlebitis.
