集束化护理在预防住院患儿跌倒、坠床中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化护理在预防住院患儿跌倒、坠床中的应用效果。方法将2015年9月—12月儿科住院的140例患儿作为对照组,2016年1月—4月的140例患儿作为观察组,对照组采用常规住院防跌倒、坠床护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用集束化护理。记录2组住院期间跌倒、坠床发生情况,观察家长对防跌倒、坠床知识掌握度及护理满意度。结果观察组患儿跌倒、坠床的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组家长对防跌倒、坠床知识掌握度和护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论应用集束化护理预防跌倒、坠床,能有效降低住院患儿的跌倒、坠床发生率,提高护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of cluster-based nursing care in prevention of falling down and falling down from bed among inpatient children. Methods A total of 140 inpatient children from September 2015 to December 2015 were recruited as the control group,and another 140 inpatient children from January 2016 to April 2016 were selected as the observation group. The conventional nursing care was performed in both two groups and the cluster-based nursing intervention was applied in the observation group additionally. The incidence of falling down and falling down from bed of two groups were observed,and knowledge of preventive measures and satisfaction degree of parents to nursing service were assessed. Results The incidence of falling down and falling down from bed in observation group was significant lower than that of controls( P < 0. 05). The parents of children in observation had better understanding of preventive measures and higher satisfaction rate compared with parents from control group( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). Conclusion The application of cluster-based nursing can reduce occurrence rate of falling down and falling down from bed among inpatient children,and to improve nursing satisfaction.
