人口红利窗口关闭期体育用品业发展困境及路径选择

摘　　要：运用文献资料法分析我国体育用品业在"人口红利窗口关闭期"的发展困境,认为随着人口红利窗口关闭期的到来,体育用品业廉价劳动力优势丧失,企业缺乏创新所导致的竞争不足等问题也开始暴露,整个产业发展出现暂歇。而要摆脱这种困局实现产业"二次增长"就应加快人力资本积累提高生产效率,挖掘人才红利;推动产业结构调整和转变增长模式,提升技术红利;通过产业细分和整合销售渠道等措施刺激消费,充分开发体育用品业发展的"第二次人口红利"。Through using the method of literature review,this paper analyzes the sports goods industry in China during the shutdown of demographic dividend window. With the period of the shutdown of demographic dividend window coming,The loss of the advantage of cheap labor in sports goods industry, and the lack of competition caused by the lack of innovation in enterprises begin to be exposed,and the whole industry developed a temporary break. To get rid of the predicament and to realize industry second growth＂, we should speed up the human capital accumulation and increase production efficiency and mining talent bonus; promote industrial structure adjustment and transformation of growth mode, enhance the technical bonua Through the industry segments and integration of sales channels to stimulate consumption, and fully development rtthe second demographic dividendw.
