摘　　要：对烧结余热竖式回收系统的高温物料输送工艺进行了研究,通过对不同输送工艺的能耗、烧结矿散热损失、物料温度降和年成本等评价标准进行对比与分析讨论,最终确定最佳的输送工艺,并提出了热物料输送设计的科学比选方法,为烧结余热竖式回收系统的研发奠定了基础。The high temperature thermal material transport technology in the sintering waste heat verti-cal recycling system was discussed. Through the comparison and analysis energy consumption, sinter heat radiation loss, material temperature drop, annual cost and other evaluation standards, the best process equipment program was finally confirmed and scientific comparison and selection method for the design of thermal material transportation was also proposed and created a basis for the foundation of the research in sintering waste heat vertical recycling system.
