人学视野下的集体与个体关系论纲

摘　　要：人学视野下的集体与个体之思有其理论背景、现实背景及认识背景。人学视野下的集体与个体的关系,一方面是做清理"地基"的工作,在向现代社会转型的过程中,个体在经济、社会和哲学三个维度上均是重要的,集体既可为善亦可为恶。人类历史上的集体可以分为三个阶段七种类型,个体也可区分为生物意义上的个体、伦理道德意义上的个体、政治法律意义上的个体及审美意义上的个体;另一方面在关系主义思维中,集体与个体之间的关系包括正向关系、负向关系及亦此亦彼关系,集体与个体良性互动的进路是捍卫个体权利与建立既有实质正义又有程序正义的集体。There is theoretical background,practice background and cognitive background under the inquiry of collectives and individual and their relationship. The relationship of collective and individual is operated from two ways from the perspective of studies on human being. On the one hand,making the foundation clear is done： the discovery and acknowledge of individual economical,social and philosophical is all important in the course of transition to modern society,and collective can be good and bad too,and there are seven types of collective appearing in three phases of the history of human being and there are four kinds of individual from the dimension of biology,ethics,politics and esthetic. On the other hand,from the perspective of relationalism,there are good and negative- going and one- the other relationship between collective and individual and the route of good relationship of collective and individual is to defend rights of individual and to build a collective which dedicates to both substantial justice and procedural justice.
