摘 要:大豆根部土传病害是大豆连作障碍的主要因素之一,其中大豆胞囊线虫病和大豆根腐病是两种最重要的病害。从诱导抗性角度,以大豆胞囊线虫和大豆根腐病菌为靶标,通过真菌发酵液处理大豆种子后经大田初步筛选,次年大田复筛后进行室内筛选,筛选出具有诱导大豆抗胞囊线虫病和根腐病,促进大豆生长的真菌发酵液。结果表明:从2250个真菌发酵液中筛选出2个真菌发酵液Snef805和Snef1650可显著地诱导大豆抗胞囊线虫,抑制率达97%以上,并对大豆根腐病防治效果达到20%以上,且能够显著促进大豆生长,促进大豆增产达10%。Soil borne disease of soybean root is one of the main factors of soybean continuous cropping obstacle, and soybeancyst nematode and soybean root rot are the two most important diseases. This study was mainly focus on induced resistance pointof view, to soybean cyst nematode and soybean root rot pathogens as the target, through fungus fermentation liquid processingsoybean seeds in the field after preliminary screening, and finally screening out through the complex of field and indoorexperiments. The results showed that Snef805 and Snef1650 from 2250 kinds of fungus fermentation liquid significantly inducedresistance to soybean cyst nematode, inhibition rate reached 97%, and coud significantly promote the growth of soybean, promotesoybean yield was 10%, and of soybean root rot disease control effect reached more than 20%.
