摘　　要：重点综述了胃癌术后行肠内营养时鼻肠管堵塞的原因分析及护理进展,便于更好地指导术后肠内营养护理,保证鼻肠管的畅通,为病人手术后提供足够的营养支持,减少因堵管而影响术后康复及重复插管给病人带来的痛苦。This paper reviewed the causative analysis and nursing research progress on nasointestinal tube obstruction in patients with postoperative gastric cancer when enteral nutrition, in order to provide guidance for better enteral nutrition and nursing; ensure the smooth flow of nasal intestine; provide adequate postoperative nutrition support for patients;and reduce pain caused by plugging affecting postoperative recovery and repeated cannula in the patients.
