摘  要:为了提升国产双金属带锯条闪光对焊机的焊接性能,通过正交试验研究了闪光对焊中主要工艺参数(焊接电压、闪光速度、顶锻压力和焊接时值)对双金属带锯条焊接接头质量的影响规律。通过主观评价焊接质量及拉力试验双重指标对焊接质量进行评估。结果表明,焊接电压对接头焊接质量的影响最为显著,其次是焊接时值,顶锻压力和闪光速度次之。利用优化后的闪光焊接工艺参数组合,焊接得到成形和质量良好的接头,经过适当的焊后热处理,焊缝内部分布着均匀细小的球状珠光体结构,其金相组织主要为回火索氏体,具有良好的综合力学性能。In order to improve the welding performance of domestic flash-butt welding machine,the flash-butt welding process of Bi-metal band saw was studied by orthogonal experiment method. Experiments were carried out to study the influence of welding parameters such as flash speed,welding voltage,upsetting force and electric upsetting time. The subjective quality assessment and tensile strength of the welded joint was the evaluation index of each welding parameters. The results show that welding voltage has the greatest effect on the quality of the welded joint,then electric upsetting time,upsetting force and flash speed are the next. The joints welded at the optimum parameters have good appearances and high quality. The microstructure of weld zone is composed of globular pearlite and tempering sorbite,which can make the band saw blades with good mechanical properties.
