摘  要:通过研究DP600冷轧双相钢激光焊接头微观组织、力学性能、显微硬度、杯突试验等进行考察焊接性能。试验结果表明,DP600双相钢在4种焊接工艺下均能获得合格的焊接接头,焊缝区产生了大量的马氏体组织,热影响区主要为马氏体和少量铁素体组织,拉伸试验均断于母材,杯突试验后形成的裂纹垂直于母材,热影响区未出现软化区。A fiber laser was used to weld cold rolled dual phase steel DP600,and the microstructure,mechanical properties,microhardness and cupping test of welded joints were studied. The test results showed that dual phase steel DP600 can get qualified welded joint with four kinds of welding processes. A large amount of martensite formed in the weld zone. Heat affected zone is mainly composed of martensite and a small amount of ferrite. The fracture occurred in the base material of dual phase steel. The cracks formed in the cupping test are perpendicular to the base material,and there were no softened zone appeared in the heat-affected area.
