摘  要:采用3类有代表性的焊接材料,依据GB/T 3965—2012《熔敷金属中扩散氢测定方法》,进行了水银法、气相色谱集氢法、载气热提取法及甘油法的测氢结果之间的对比分析。试验结果表明:水银法和气相色谱法可以视为等同的测氢方法;当载气热提取法测氢仪的温度设定为400℃时,其测得的数值只有水银法和气相色谱法的60%左右;甘油法由于自身不足,其测得的数值最低。通过对251组试验数据的相对标准偏差进行研究可知,载气热提取法每组试验4个数据的分散度最小,水银法次之,再次为气相色谱法,而甘油法最大。According to GB / T 3965- 2012'Determination of diffusion hydrogen in deposited metal',a test was presented to compare the determined diffusion hydrogen by mercury method,gas chromatography method,hot-extraction method and glycerol method. The results indicate that the mercury method and the gas chromatography method can be regarded as the equivalent reference method. When the temperature of the measuring apparatus is 400 ℃ for the heating process,the results only be equivalent to approximately 60% which was obtained by mercury method and gas chromatography method. The tested values by glycerol method are the lowest because of its own reasons. By analyzing the relative standard deviation of 251 groups of experimental data,the results show that the experimental data dispersion degree of the hot-extraction method is the minimum,the next one is the mercury method,and the third one is the gas chromatography method,and that of the glycerol method is the highest.
