摘 要:以红颊草莓品种为试验材料,在四川冬草莓栽培期间,采用不同补光处理,探讨其对设施草莓光合特性及果实品质的影响。结果表明,不同的补光处理对设施草莓的光合参数、光合色素、叶片大小、花茎长度、单果质量、可溶性固形物含量、维生素C含量、可溶性糖含量及可滴定酸含量有显著影响;采用相同植物生长补光灯时,光照强度为150,100μmol/(m2·s)的净光合速率、可溶性固形物、维生素C含量与光强50μmol/(m2·s)间差异显著;对不同光源补光灯来说,同样的补光光强下,红蓝比3∶1的LED光源净光合速率、单果质量、可溶性糖含量较高,且其与植物生长灯的净光合速率、单果质量、维生素C含量、可溶性糖含量都显著高于白色荧光灯和不补光处理。Taking Benihoppe strawberry variery as experimental material, the effects of different supplemental lighting treatments on photosynthesis and fruit quality of strawberry in greenhouse during winter cultivation season was studied. The results showed that different supplemental lighting treatments had significant effect on photosynthetic parameters, photosynthetic pigment, leaf size, flower stem length, single fruit quality, soluble solid content, vitamin C content, soluble sugar content and fitratable acid content. The light intensity in 150, 100 μmol/ (m2·s) had significant differences compared with the the light intensity in 50 μmol/ (m2·s) on the net photosynthetic rate, soluble solid content and vitamin C content by using the different supplementary lights. LED plant light source with the ratio of red/blue photons was 3 : 1 exhibited the highest net photosynthetic rate, single fruit quality and soluble sugar content in the same light quality by using the different light sources. LED plant light source and the plant growth lamp had significant differences compared with the white fluorescent lamp and no lighting treatment on the net photosynthetic rate, single fruit quality, vitamin C content and soluble sugar content.
