根结线虫提取液对番茄愈伤组织诱导的影响

摘  要:采用不同浓度的南方根结线虫浸泡培养液和研磨液配制成番茄培养基,以期加快番茄叶片愈伤组织的形成。结果表明,MS为较适的基础培养基,MS培养基中添加一定量的根结线虫提取液,番茄叶片愈伤组织诱导率明显提高;根结线虫浸泡液的较适浓度为A4,诱导率为85%;根结线虫研磨液的较适浓度为B3,诱导率为93%;根结线虫研磨液培养基优于根结线虫浸泡液培养基。Tomato culture medium was prepared by different concentrations of two kinds of root-knot nematodes' extract (grinding extract and soaking extract), and to accelerate formation of tomato-leaf callus. The results showed that MS was the better medium. The medium which mixed with a certain amount of root-knot nematodes' extract could improve the probability of inducing tomato-leaf to callus. The better root-knot nematodes' soaking and grinding extract density of medium were A4 and B3, and their inductivities were 85% and 93%, respectively. And the medium with root-knot nematodes' grinding extract was better than soaking.
