摘 要:采用焙烧-选择性磨矿-分级的工艺流程对新疆某红柱石矿进行预富集,以提高其入选品位。进行了焙烧温度和时间、升温方式和降温方式、磨矿时间和填充率试验。结果表明,最佳试验条件为:焙烧温度800℃,焙烧时间45 min,升温方式为骤热,降温方式为慢冷,磨矿细度-0.074 mm占20.71%,磨矿填充率60%。在最佳试验条件下对+0.630 mm粒级和-0.074 mm粒级进行XRF和XRD测试,结果表明,红柱石在+0.630 mm粒级富集,含量提高了17百分点;脉石矿物在-0.074 mm粒级富集,红柱石含量降低了3百分点,红柱石的预富集效果较好。For a andalusite ore in Xinjiang using the preconcentration process flow of roasting-selective grinding-classification to enhance its feed grade. The research carried out the tests of roasting temperature and time, heating mode and cooling mode, grinding time and fill-rate. The results showed that the optimal experimental conditions were roasting temperature 800℃, roasting time 45 rain, heating mode was abrupt heating, cooling mode was slow cooling, grinding fineness -0.074 mm accounted for 20.71%, grinding fill rate of 60%. Under the optimal conditions, The XRF and XRD results of +0.630 mm grain size and -0.074 mm grain size showed that the andalusite was enriched in +0.630 mm grain size and content increased by 17 percentage points, the gangue minerals were enriched in -0.074 mm grain size and content of andalusite decreased by 3 percentage points, the preconcentration effects of andalusite were better.
