摘  要:利用等离子熔融技术提取硅钛合金后的缓冷尾渣为结合剂,以电熔棕刚玉颗粒、电熔白刚玉细粉(≤0.088mm)、α-Al_2O_3微粉、SiO_2微粉为主要原料,研究缓冷尾渣加入量(0、2%、4%、6%、8%)对刚玉基浇注料性能的影响。试验表明:1随着缓冷尾渣加入量的增加,浇注料的需水量增大,常温和高温烧后强度逐步增强,中温强度则逐步降低;2加入量过多不利于其热震性能和高温抗折强度的发展;3在抗渣侵蚀性能方面,加入6%缓冷尾渣试样的侵蚀指数最大,加入量4%缓冷尾渣与以4%Secar71水泥结合的浇注料,抗侵蚀性能接近;4在刚玉浇注料中缓冷尾渣的加入量4%左右为宜,不宜超过6%。The slow cooling tailings produced in the process of silicon-titanium alloy extraction from high titanium blast slags by plasma fusion technique were used as castables binders, and the effects of the slow cooling tailings addition ( wb :0percent,2 percent,4 percent,6 percent and 8 percent) on the properties of corundum castables were investigated with brown fused alumina particles ( 5 - 3 mm, 3 - 1 mm, 1 - 0 mm) , fine powder of white fused alumina( ≤0. 088 mm), ultra-fine α-alumina, and micro silica as start- ing materaials. The results show that :①the modulus of flexural and compressive strength ually increase, however, those of castables tailings increasing;②excess addition of slow water requirements of castables get more, the cold and hot of castables treated at 110 ℃ and 1 600 ℃ respectively grad- treated at 1 100 ℃ decrease when addition of slow cooling cooling tailings are harmful for the thermal shock resistances and high temperature flexural strengths; ③regarding the slag corrosion resistance, the erosion index of sample with 6% slow cooling tailings is highest, and the erosion index of sample with 4% slow cooling tailings is close to the Secar71 cement castables sample;④the suitable addition of the slow cooling tailings for the corundum castables is about 4 percent, and not more than 6 percent.
