摘　　要：危险源的辨识、风险评价和控制措施的确定是职业健康安全管理体系的核心要素,由该要素和应急准备响应组成的职业危害预控理论是进行职业健康管理的核心理论。面对严峻的职业健康形势,对职业危害预控理论进行了分析,从而进一步提高职业健康管理水平。Hazard identification, risk assessment and control measures of risk sources are the core elements of occupational health and safety management system, occupation harmful preliminary control theory is the core theory of occupational health management, which includes the core elements and emergency preparedness response. Facing severe occupational health situation, analyzed occupation harmful preliminary control theory, so as to improve the level of occupational health management.
