摘 要:针对湿法磷酸脱氟制备氟化钾工艺过程中的粗氟化钾溶液,考察了氟化钾溶液质量分数和温度对氟硅酸钾在氟化钾溶液中溶解度的影响;采用能谱分析研究了无机酸调节粗氟化钾溶液的pH值净化除杂的作用及对净化氟化钾产品的影响。结果表明:在298.15K的温度下,当氟化钾溶液质量分数达15%以上时,氟硅酸钾在氟化钾水溶液中的溶解度较低;采用氟硅酸调节粗氟化钾溶液的pH终点值与相同质量分数的分析纯氟化钾溶液的pH值一致时,净化除杂效果最佳,精制氟化钾产品纯度可达99%以上。Aiming at the purification of crude potassium fluoride solution from recovered fluoride in wet process phosphoric acids,the effects of mass fraction of potassium fluoride solution and temperature on the solubility of potassium fluosilicate in the potassium fluoride solution were investigated.The effects of the pH value adjusted by mineral acid on the purification of crude potassium fluoride solution and the influence of purifying of potassium fluoride products were investigated by an energy spectrum analysis.The results indicated that,under the temperature of 298.15 K,when mass fraction of crude potassium fluoride solution was above 15%,the solubility of potassium fluosilicate in the potassium fluoride solution was low.When the terminal point of pH value of crude potassium fluoride solution adjusted by fluosilicic acid was equal to the pH value of analytical pure potassium fluoride solution with the same mass fraction,the purification was the best,and the purity of potassium fluoride products was above 99%.
