摘  要:以杭州市"五水共治"打造的生态示范河道为研究对象,同步监测其水质和浮游植物的种类及数量,并选用Shannon-Wiener指数、Margalef指数、Pielou指数表征5条河道的水质状况,将水质监测结果和浮游植物群落多样性指数表征的结果进行比较。结果表明,浮游植物群落多样性指数对河道水质具有一定的指示作用,但与实际水质存在差距。当河道水质状况较好(Ⅳ类以上)时,用Shannon-Wiener指数、Pielou指数表征水质状况较好;当河道水质污染较严重(Ⅴ类或劣Ⅴ类)时,用Margalef指数表征水质可获得比较理想的结果。Taking the ecological demonstration rivers constructed in Hangzhou under the background of "Five-water Governance" as the research object.The water quality,the species composition and distribution of phytoplankton were synchronously monitored.The water qualities of 5rivers monitored and indicated by phytoplankton community diversity with Shannon-Wiener index,Margalef index and Pielou index were compared.The results showed that phytoplankton community diversity index had a certain indication function of water quality.But there was a difference between the results monitored and indicated.Shannon-Wiener index and Pielou index should be chosen to indicate the water quality of urban river when the water quality was good(ClassⅣ or above),whereas Margalef index should be involved when the water was serious polluted(ClassⅤ or below).
