摘 要:无级变速器可以显著提高汽车动力性,是汽车变速器的发展方向,金属带是其主要传动部件,建立汽车无级变速器四层金属带力学分析模型,分析每层金属带在不同工况下稳定运动后的受力情况、速度变化。分析结果表明:金属带间摩擦率较小时,传递力矩的张力主要有第一层金属带承担;随着各层金属带间摩擦率的增加,四层金属带相对滑移减小、速度差异变小;金属带间的摩擦力可以有效地传递扭转力矩,最终金属带张力开始均匀分配到四层金属带上;主动轮上随着金属带的外移,其运转速度开始逐渐下降,通过力学分析为汽车无级变速器设计、动态特性研究提供重要的参考。The continuously variable transmission can significantly improve the dynamic performance of automotive,which is the development direction of automobile transmission. The metal belt is the main transmission component of automotive continuously variable transmission,the four layers metal band analysis model is established,and the force and change of velocity of each layer of metal belt in different working conditions are analyzed. The results show that when the metal belt between the friction rate is small,the major tension used for transmission torque is in the first layer of metal band,with the friction rate between each layer of metal band belt increase,the four layers of metal band relative slip decreases and the velocity difference becomes small.The friction between metal bands belt can be effective delivery of torsional moment,the final metal belt tension began to evenly distribute to the four layers of metal belt. With the metal bands belt outward,the operating speed of band gradually decreases on the driver pulley,through the mechanical analysis of automotive continuously variable transmission,which provides an important reference for the design and dynamic characteristics study.
