摘 要:转向架在检修过程中需要不断依靠人工进行推送,但是人工推送时不仅速度慢、停车位置不准确,还会经常因无法紧急制动发生碰撞事故。文中设计了一款电动式推送小车用于推送动车组转向架或轮对。在结构设计图的基础上,运用三维制图软件Solid Works进行实体建模,并导入多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS中,对小车推送转向架的加速、滑行、制动等工况进行仿真分析。结果表明:小车轮胎与地面间不存在打滑现象,且小车在工作中的加速和制动性能符合预期目标。The bogie has to be manually propelled frequently during maintenance, which is slow and inaccurate in determining the parking position and may cause collision due to the failure of the emergency brake. The paper introduces an electric propelling trolley used to propel the bogie or wheelset of the motor train unit. Based on the structural design plan, a solid model is developed in SolidWorks and put into the multi-body dynamic simulation software ADAMS to do simulation analysis for acceleration, sliding, braking, and other working conditions of'the trolley propelling bogie. The result shows that there is no slipping between the trolley wheel and the ground surface and that the acceleration and braking performance of the trolley in operation meet the expected targets.
