摘　　要：在对挖掘机工作原理和液压系统进行分析的基础上,通过建立挖掘机液压系统故障树,对挖掘机故障进行定性分析,利用PHP程序语言和MySQL数据库技术设计了挖掘机在线故障诊断系统,通过该系统可快速排除挖掘机工作过程中出现的故障。Based on the analysis for working principles and the hydraulic system of the excavator, the fault tree of the hydraulic system of the excavator is developed. The paper performs qualitative analysis for the excavator faults and designs an on-line fauh diagnosis system for the excavator using the PHP program language and MySQL database, which can rapidly eliminate faults when the excavator is in operation.
