摘 要:本文以专利数据为基础,结合SWOT方法,整体上全面分析了我国生态修复产业的发展情况。基于专利数据对我国生态修复产业进行了发展趋势、专利技术地区分布、专利权人、专利技术领域、专利类型/法律状态/所属机构属性、专利强度和核心专利分析。最后,结合专利数据的分析与产业发展的内外部影响因素,对生态修复产业的发展作了SWOT分析,以期为我国生态修复产业发展战略提供情报参考。In this article, using the patent data as the foundation, combined with the SWOT method, it carried out a comprehensive analysis of the overall development of ecological restoration industry in China. Based on patent data, this article analyzed the development trend, the regional distribution of palent technology, the patentee, patent technology fields, patent type, patent legal status, patent organization attributes, patent strength and core patent of the ecological restoration industry in China. Finally, combining with the analysis of patent data and internal and external influence factors of industrial development, this paper made a SWOT analysis in the development of ecological restoration industry. The results could provide intelligence reference for the strategies of the ecological restoration techniques industry in China.
