摘 要:应用大数据提高城市管理水平已是大势所趋,目前也产生了不少成功案例。通过对国外城市管理大数据应用典型案例的深入剖析可见:大数据主要应用于公共设施管理、交通管理、治安管理、灾害预警等领域;大数据应用开发运营模式,主要有3种,即政府开发并运营、企业开发并运营,企业开发政府运营。我国城市管理大数据应用存在数据条块分割严重、数据公开共享不够、数据获取成本太高、技术水平存在差距等难题。建议明确大数据应用领域时序,采用灵活多样的开发运营模式,实施政府数据开放战略,支持产业创新发展,鼓励市民参与。It is a general tendency to improve the level of urban management by big data. At present, there were many successful cases. Through in - depth analysis of typical cases abroad, it could be concluded: 1) Big data was mainly used in public facilities management, transportation management, security management, disaster warning and other fields; 2) There were mainly three kinds of big data application modes, namely government development and operation, enterprise development and operation, enterprise development and government operation. The urban management of big data applications existed many problems in China, including serious data fragnentation, inadequate public data sharing, high data acquisition cost, technology gap, etc. Big data applications timing should be definite, and adopt flexible and varied development operation modes, implement the strategy of open government data, support the development of the industry innovation and encourage citizens to participate in.
