摘  要:南华一号隧道进洞施工采用CRD法,但在按照原设计工序施工时,出现了开挖面失稳、局部塌方等事故,影响施工安全和施工进度。本文采用数值模拟方法从隧道施工围岩的变形、塑性区分布规律、初期支护结构的受力特点等方面对CRD法施工的合理工序进行了研究。结果表明:采用左上、右上、左下、右下步序施工,围岩的变形可以得到有效的控制,从而更有利于围岩的稳定。围岩变形实测数据与数值模拟结果相吻合,表明数值计算分析是正确的。Nanhua No. 1 tunnel entrance section was constructed by using CRD method. Excavation instability and partial collaps occurred during the construction followed the designed construction process,resulting in a safety threat and a delay. In this paper,a reasonable construction was suggested by using CRD method based on a numerical simulation. The deformation of surrounding rock,plastic zone distribution and performance of initial support were analyzed. The results show that deformation of surrounding rock can be effectively controlled through an improved process,a construction starting at the upper left part,then at upper right part,the lower left part and finally at the lower right. The advantage of this construction method is an effective control of stability of surrounding rock. The numerical simulation was validated by the field measurement.
