摘　　要：农村社区的景观改造旨在于改善农村社区的生态基础设施,予以农村社区的建设和健康发展提供至关重要的导向与技术支持。基于长株潭地区建设"两型社会"背景下,展开对湖南省株洲市云龙示范区云峰湖社区的景观规划设计研究,对其人口结构、地域文化、适老性设计等方面进行分析,以期提高居民对社区的认同感以及积极参与的程度,进而提高社区的整体品质。景观改造是一项系统工程,需架构以人为本和可持续科学发展观的系统性改造框架,打造生态与人文、地域与文化、历史与未来之间相互协调的农村社区人居环境,促进两型农村社区的健康发展。The aim of rural community landscape transformation is to improve the ecological infrastructure of rural community, and to provide crucial guidance and technical support for construction and healthy development of rural community. The study based on landscape planning and design of YunFengHu community, under the background of Chang-Zhu-Tan ＂two oriented＂ society construction, has analyzed the community in different aspects, such as the population composition, the regional culture, and the senior-suited design, in order to raise the residents＇ sense of identity on the community and improve the state of active participation on the community construction,thus to enhance the overall quality of the community. Landscape reconstruction is a systematic project, need to construct systemic transformation framework based on the concepts of ＂people-oriented＂ and ＂sustainable and scientific development＂ ,to create new type human settlement environment of rural community, coordinating ecology and humanity, region and culture, and history and future, thus to promote the healthy development of ＂two oriented＂ rural community.
