摘　　要：在城市普遍退工业化的今天,充分挖掘产业建筑遗存的剩余价值,探讨其保护性更新再利用的可行性,具有很高的学术研究和经济价值。本文在对湘潭市区的产业建筑遗存的现状进行资料收集、分析的基础上,选择了湘潭压缩机厂旧厂区为案例,探讨在湘潭进行产业建筑保护性更新再利用的可行性,并结合教学做了一些尝试和努力。With the cities deindustrialization today,studies of the preserving and reuse of old industrial construction has high academic and economic value.In this thesis,based on the collected and analysis of data from Xiangtan old industrial constructions,using Xiangtan compressor plant as an example,discussed the feasibility on preserve,remold and reuse of old industrial construction,and combine them with teaching.
